Christina Fuller-Gregory (she/her)
is an experienced librarian, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Justice practitioner. She is founding principal at Fuller Potential Consulting, a consultancy designed to support libraries and other public facing organizations in cultivating practices that center holistic belonging. Deeply invested in projects that move equity work forward, Christina sits on several non-profit focused advisory groups and has helped shape the strategic vision for numerous libraries and non-profits. Honored as a Library Journal Mover and Shaker for her equity-centered work, she is led by Fannie Lou Hamer's belief that 'nobody's until everybody's free.



Joy L. Fuller (she/her)
has more than a decade of experience guiding organizations – both public and private – through the strategic planning and implementation process. With a focus on the end-to-end strategic planning lifecycle, Joy has helped global non-profits and institutions of higher education develop actionable plans that positively impact the communities they serve. She is the author of “Strategic Planning for Public Libraries,” published by the Public Library Association. In addition to her consulting practice, Joy also leads strategy and planning for Google. She holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
